This project required complete roof replacement and all internal floors to be re-constructed. Flexible re-planning at the site during the initial phase enabled us to increase ceiling heights and create larger terraces to the penthouse duplex unit to enhance saleability.

Leasingham - Village Development Scheme

Status - Complete

We worked closely with English Heritage, local conservation surveyors, and conducted Ecological and Acoustic surveys to respond to the need of a number of heritage-based challenges. Amongst those being sensitive changes to the listed windows within the hallway, all of which were successfully executed.

Ware Project - Bank House development

Status - Complete

This was based on the acquisition of the Old Georgian style National Westminster Bank building in the centre of Ware High Street, which was the heart of a vibrant town with good Train links to London. The high street offers good hospitality with inviting bars and restaurants. The Freehold property has been developed to consist of two apartments and an office. It sits within a prime location and was designed and developed to a high quality specification to appeal to professional clientele - we had already received a number of enquiries ahead of its completion.
